Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy applies to the Waifu Date Simulation app (Android), developed by rusandsdev. We are committed to protecting your privacy.

1. Information We Collect

Google Account (email & name): When you sign in with Google, we collect your email address and display name to identify your account and sync your progress across devices.
Username: The name you set in-app is stored locally on your device and synced to our servers when signed in.
Chat messages: Sent to Groq API to generate AI responses. Not stored permanently on our servers.
Voice input: When using the Voice Call feature, your microphone is accessed for speech recognition. Audio is processed in real-time and is not recorded or stored.
App progress: Love level, XP, chapters read, active character, and energy are stored both locally and in our cloud database (Firebase Firestore) when you are signed in.
Purchase history: Records of characters unlocked via ads or in-app purchases are stored in our cloud database tied to your account.
AI content reports: If you report an AI-generated message or call response, the message text and reason are sent to our servers for review.

2. AI-Generated Content

All character responses (Kazuha, Selene, and others) are generated by an AI language model (Groq API). Responses may occasionally be inaccurate or unexpected. All characters are entirely fictional and do not represent real people. Users can report inappropriate AI-generated content by long-pressing any chat message, or by tapping Report during a voice call.

3. Microphone Access

The Voice Call feature requires microphone permission (RECORD_AUDIO). Your voice input is used solely for speech-to-text recognition during the call. We do not record, store, or transmit audio recordings to our servers.

4. Third-Party Services

Google Sign-In / Firebase — authentication and cloud data storage. Google Privacy Policy

5. Data Storage

When you are not signed in, all personal data is stored locally on your device only. When signed in with Google, your progress and purchase history are synced to Firebase Firestore (Google Cloud) so you can restore them after reinstalling the app or switching devices. We do not sell your data to third parties.

6. Advertising

This app shows rewarded ads via Google AdMob. AdMob may use your device's Advertising ID to serve relevant ads. You can opt out of personalized ads via Settings → Google → Ads → Opt out of Ads Personalization on your Android device.

7. Children's Privacy

This app is intended for users aged 17 and above. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us so we can delete it.

8. Account & Data Deletion

You can permanently delete your account and all associated data at any time, directly within the app:

Open the app and go to the Char tab (Character Selection).
Tap your signed-in account shown at the top of the screen.
In the menu that appears, tap Delete account.
Confirm in the popup. Your account and data are permanently removed.

Deleting your account permanently and irreversibly removes:

Your account identifier and the email/display name associated via Google Sign-In;
All saved progress (love level, XP, chapters read, active character, energy);
Your unlocked characters and purchase records;
Any AI content reports tied to your account.

Deletion takes effect immediately and cannot be undone. Local data stored on your device is also cleared.

If you are unable to access the app, you can request account and data deletion by emailing rusandsdev@gmail.com from (or mentioning) the email address associated with your account. We will verify and delete your data within 30 days.

9. Your Other Rights

You can delete all local app data by clearing app data in device settings or uninstalling the app.
You can revoke Google Sign-In access at any time via your Google Account settings.
You may contact us with any privacy questions or requests at the email below.

10. Changes to This Policy

We may update this policy from time to time. Changes will be reflected on this page with an updated date.
